Minerva's By The Sea offers lodging options where you can relax and kick your feet up this summer by renting out one of our beach homes. Treat yourself to a vacation by renting out one of our summer beach homes that are located right on the New Jersey shore. Come and enjoy the water and have some fun in the sun! You can enjoy complementary beach passes to use when you book with us!

And come see the Barnegat Lighthouse! It is under a 10 minute walk to there from our summer beach homes. There are also intriguing shops and great eating spots for the times you are not enjoying the beach. There is a little bit for everyone at Minerva's, but our specialty is our famous bed and breakfast service. Come see what we are all about! We are open all year long, so it does not have to be just during the summer. We provide special weekends year 'round!

Beach View of Sunset Our rates and policies change throughout the year to reflect the demand of the seasons. Our summer rates begin on May 24 and end on September 1. We have five different rooms that accommodate a different amount of people and come with their own amenities. Our five rooms available to book are:

Our summer beach homes are a great way to getaway from the riggers of day-to-day life. But that does not mean we don't provide all the amenities that you would expect. All lodgings have a TV and DVD player, as well as a refrigerator. Complementary beach towels and chairs can be brought down to the beach. We have a dedicated massage room where you can make appointments with licensed and certified massage therapists. And, of course, free WIFI. Because in the times we live in easy access to the internet is a must.
